Ms. Fung graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a B.A. in Dance and a B.A. in Political Science in 1999; and from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2002.

Since 2002, she has devoted her practice primarily to family law and juvenile dependency law. In her family law practice, Ms. Fung litigates issues in child custody and visitation; child support; spousal support; and asset and liability distribution.
Ms. Fung also assists her clients in negotiating and drafting pre-nuptial agreements; post-nuptial agreements; and marital settlement agreements. In her juvenile dependency practice, Ms. Fung represents and defends parents against allegations raised by social services, assists parents in reunification and protects parents from unnecessary hurdles in regaining custody of their children.
She also represents grandparents and relatives who wish to seek temporary or permanent placement of children in their home; as well as foster parents and prospective adoptive parents who wish to adopt a child placed in their care.
Currently, Ms. Fung is admitted to practice before all the courts in the State of California; United States Federal Courts; and United States Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit.
Ms. Fung also speaks Mandarin and Cantonese. She is a Family Law Attorney specializing in areas including divorce, child custody, adoption, and juvenile dependency.
